Due to a series of life-changing events, Will Smith’s path to law and justice became his destiny. At the age of only 2 years old, he and his mother were involved in a vehicle accident that left his mother as a paraplegic for the rest of her life. It was later discovered that the mechanic who worked on her car only a few days before, was intoxicated and careless, which led to the vehicle malfunctioning and veering off the road. 

Later in life, his father was involved in a reckless accident caused by a police officer who was the driver at-fault. Both cases resulted in unfair outcomes due to less than stellar legal representation. 

Will’s father, many years later, worked as a nurse in a nursing home, where Will accompanied him for 8 years, developing a deep understanding of the work culture, as well as rules, regulations, and negligence that he witnessed. 

This became the perfect culmination of life events that gave Will Smith the drive to protect the unprotected, and make sure justice is served to those who are negligent in the Nursing Home industry.
